How Your Mind Is Shaping Reality
Whether You Realize It or Not
Published on March 24, 2025
For decades, personal development has been dismissed as "feel-good" material—something to help people cope, reduce stress, or feel a little more aligned with their goals. And while all of that is a wonderful byproduct, what we’re talking about in this article is FAR bigger. FAR, FAR bigger.
In fact, I dare say this may be one of the most important articles you’ll ever read in your lifetime.
What we’re talking about is SCIENCE. What we’re talking about is the way we create reality—individually and collectively—through the way we use our minds. And what we’re talking about is a fundamental shift in the way we interact with the world, our decisions, our relationships, our businesses, our money, our power, and even the global systems we live in.
The Science That Changes Everything
I’m deeply honored to have been featured as a reviewer of Dr. Norbert Schwarzer’s book, Mathematical Psychology. This groundbreaking work isn’t just another take on consciousness—it shows, through math, that our thoughts aren’t just things that happen in our heads. They’re real forces that shape the world around us at the deepest, most fundamental level.
Mathematical Psychology by Dr. Norbert Schwarzer
The book is pretty dense—packed with mathematical equations and complex calculations involving quantum gravity models and mathematical psychology. So, unless you happen to do quantum math for fun on weekends, I’ll make it simple and break down the key points Schwarzer drives home in his work for you:
Thoughts exist in a quantum space-time structure, meaning they are not isolated to individual brains but interact with the fabric of reality itself. In other words, your thoughts are not confined to your mind—they ripple through a quantum web that shapes the world around you.
Our minds can work outside the usual rules of logic and time—just like quantum particles do—which means we might be shaping our reality more than we realize, just by how we think and focus.
The conscious mind can direct its focus intentionally, meaning we either let our thoughts be controlled by external circumstances or we actively choose what to create, what to perceive, and ultimately what to experience.
Reality itself is shaped by our mental engagement—the more we consciously navigate our own thought processes, the more we shift what we manifest, how we feel, and what opportunities unfold.
Let me be clear: this isn’t just a hypothesis. This is science-backed, mathematically sound, quantum physics-level truth—interpreted by a very intelligent physicist (at least that’s how my little brain makes sense of it all). So what this all means is that how you use your mind isn’t just about productivity, mindset, or self-improvement—it’s about literally sculpting the reality you live in.
The Mind is Not Just an Observer—It’s a Creator
If you’re living a life that’s just a reaction to what happens around you—your circumstances, your environment, industry trends, or your childhood drama (thanks, Mom and Dad)—you’re being used by your mind, instead of using it as the powerful, world-building tool it was designed to be.
But when you learn to steer your mind—when you learn to direct your focus with intention and clarity—you stop being a passive participant in life. You become a force. A creator. A leader. A catalyst for something that may have never even existed before.
Again, this isn’t just personal development. It’s not about manifesting a parking spot or a free frapuccino on command (though that does happen). This is a revolution in how we engage with reality. And if I were you, I’d start to freak out right about now. In the best way possible, of course.
If more people on this planet truly understood and applied this—if they realized that their mind is not just a processing machine but a world-building tool—we would witness a global shift unlike anything humanity has ever seen.
Because here’s what would happen:
People wouldn’t just follow the momentum of what exists or what they’re told. They would create what they want to exist and think critically for themselves.
Businesses wouldn’t just adapt to market conditions. They would redefine industries, creating new conditions.
Leaders wouldn’t just navigate challenges. They would design new solutions at a level that was previously unthinkable.
Individuals wouldn’t just “find purpose.” They would become the embodiment of their purpose, shaping the world around them in ways no external force could dictate.
This is not about escaping reality. It is about mastering the way reality is built from the inside out.
The Ultimate Byproduct: A Life of Power, Peace, and True Alignment
Here’s what happens when you fully claim this power—not the ego-driven kind, but the deep, unshakable kind that comes from being in full alignment with who you are and what you are here to do:
You stop chasing and start creating naturally—not by waiting passively while binge-watching the latest Netflix show, but by being in perfect flow with the deeper intelligence that governs life. It’s like switching from pushing a boulder uphill to riding an electric bike downhill—aligned, effortless, and kind of thrilling.
You experience more peace, more trust, and way more ease—because instead of wrestling with life like it’s a stubborn Wi-Fi connection, you’re finally in sync with your highest expression.
You fall in love with life again—your work, your relationships, your mission, your own presence in the world—it all feels profoundly fulfilling, not because you forced it, but because you allowed it to unfold from the right place. Life stops feeling like a to-do list—and starts feeling like a damn good romance novel you forgot you were the main character in.
Your creativity and ideas explode to new levels—because when the mind is no longer bogged down by stress, fear, or reactive thinking, it’s free to tap into true genius. Suddenly, you’re having million-dollar ideas in the shower and solving problems like it's your party trick.
Your relationships transform—because you’re no longer showing up with half your soul missing or pretending to be someone you’re not. You engage with the world from a place of wholeness, clarity, and deep self-awareness... which, let’s be honest, is way hotter than people-pleasing and emotional guessing. Oh, and ghosting becomes a thing of the past (because you’re too magnetic to ignore).
Suddenly, everything starts truly landing. The opportunities, the success, the fulfillment, the impact—it all becomes effortless. Not because you’re grinding or pushing harder, but because you’re in sync with a much greater flow of intelligence that has always been available.
Claiming the Power to Lead, Build, and Shape the Future
You might be thinking, Alright Ruta, but how the heck do I actually do all this?! I’m glad you asked.
When you choose to work with me—whether individually or at an organizational level—you’re not just “investing in coaching and mentorship.” What you’re really doing is claiming your power back.
You’re stepping into the space where you realize—often for the first time—that what you create is not just the result of external factors, but a direct reflection of how you choose to engage with your own mind, energy, and focus.
You’re not here to chase goals just because society, your industry, or your family and friends expect it. You’re here to build something that resonates at a deeper level of alignment, impact, and meaning.
You see, my clients aren’t delusional visionaries. They’re grounded, rational, high-level thinkers and leaders—people who are already doing extraordinary things in the world. C-level Executives. Artists. Entrepreneurs. Creatives. Even Supermoms and Superdads. As long as they’re drawn to something this fascinating and expansive.
They come into my world because something in what I say hits a place inside them they didn’t even realize existed. And that’s because this isn’t just inspiration. This is truth. And it resonates deeply.
The magic we co-create during our time together is out of this world.
And I like to call it the Homecoming.
A Moment of Reckoning: Are You Steering the Ship or Just Riding the Waves?
If the mind is the architect of reality, the question is no longer:
"What can I achieve?"
The real question is:
"What reality am I choosing to create—through my thoughts, my choices, my focus, and my alignment?"
This work—the understanding of how thought interacts with reality—is not just exciting.
It is not just mind-blowing.
It is important.
It is significant.
It is responsible.
And if you’re someone who feels the truth of this—even if you’ve never thought about it this way before—you’re already standing at the threshold of something bigger than you ever imagined.
Now, the only question that remains is this:
Could this be one of the most important articles you’ll ever read in your lifetime?
Well… that depends on what you do with it. I trust your critical thinking.
Best,
Ruta
